Yes we have wild horses right here on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. They roam aimlessly around the sand beaches and dunes in the northern part of Carova Beach area. They are also on the Ocracoke Island which is south of the Outer Banks. A lot of my inspiration for my art landscape quilts comes from living on this beautiful barrier islands.
We have the best sunsets and sunrises here. They are full of colors that are so spectacular. Oh and don’t forget the full moons that rise up over the Atlantic Ocean.
